Avocado Salad DressingCourse: Recipes
I know we are all working towards a healthy lifestyle so I though I would share this with you! I love it!
1 large avocado
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water (or more for thinner consistency)
1/2 cup cilantro, basil, or parsley
1 lime, juiced
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until creamy. Add more water if dressing is not the consistency you like.
- Makes approximately 2 cups. You can store the avocado salad dressing in an airtight storage container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
