I know we are all working towards a healthy lifestyle so I though I would share this with you! I love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup water (or more for thinner consistency)

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, basil, or parsley

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until creamy. Add more water if dressing is not the consistency you like.

Notes

  • Makes approximately 2 cups. You can store the avocado salad dressing in an airtight storage container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
